With this in mind, we have divided the practice into the following pillars:
Project structuring: we assist both public and private originators in the legal structuring of projects. Our team's experience in this area includes both public-private partnerships and legal advice on structuring in the infrastructure, energy, water, mobility and transportation sectors, among others.
We provide legal advice on the design and evaluation of public policies, the definition of the legal viability of projects, the definition of new business models and/or the improvement of existing businesses.
Transactional advice and contractual management for the development of projects: we advise on transactions related to different infrastructure projects, in such a way that we provide our legal knowledge of said businesses and the legal vision of the corresponding regulatory and administrative aspects. For such purposes, we act in an articulated manner with the other practice areas of GALVIS GIRALDO, forming a unique work force for the benefit of the client. We provide support in contractual management, transversal to the life of the projects.
State contracting, public and administrative law: we approach state contracting advice as a strategic exercise in which we build, together with our clients, the necessary analyses for making the decisions that these processes require in such a way that viable, efficient and competitive participation is achieved.
We permanently provide consultations on public law and administrative law issues, which are transversal to the dynamics between public and private actors.
